(10/05/2025) Novel Horizon's will be moving all merchandise, including preorders to Horizonsmerch.com. Because of that, "Novelhorizons.com" will slowly be transitioned into a gallery/blog site that will be mainly informational.
News/Developments
2025 Overall
"The year of change" indeed. 2025 continues being a strange and challenging year as factors change faster than we can keep up with. Often requiring massive shifts on our end to try and keep up. This leads us to noting that instead of Novel News being something we’ll be presenting monthly there may be a shift in scheduled releases. Some months you can expect a form of “mini-news” along with a transition to a standard newsletter style approach in the future.
This month in particular we’ve been making sure to take a look at all of our processes and see where we can improve things. We’ve found some great areas of improvement we’ve been able to make significant changes in our communication time, order processes and how you can better understand the items you buy with us. We’re hoping to share more of these changes and successes soon but for now we’re going to talk about what we can.
New Warehouse/Future Store Pt. II
Our new warehouse is up and running, featuring all new systems and greater efficiency in order turn around time. We’ve made efforts to change up how our ordering process works from the ground up, with a new warehouse came many new opportunities to look at our processes. In addition to all that we’ve added some staff in some much needed areas such as customer service. Our goal is cutting down the lag time by the end of 2025 with big plans we want to bring to you in 2026.
For the physical store, we are preparing some overhauls plans are deep under way with our location to improve different areas to be ready for the opening. We’re genuinely excited about this project as we’ve always wanted to make the things we make and our love for these products to be more accessible. Stay tuned as more develops!

Novel Horizon's began its journey in merchandise using the power of "Preorder" to create a foundations for various projects. This method being a necessity due to the massive amounts of money needed to actualize large projects such as Scale Figures.
With shifts in any market its important for us to adapt to be able to provide our customers the best solutions for their merchandising goals.While scale figures for the time being will be remaining as a “pre-order item”, we have started a shift for our general goods to be available without requiring the “pre-order” format.
Moving forward, items such as keychains, posters, shirts, hats, and many of the offerings you can find on Horizonsmerch.com will be made available immediately, meaning that the stock will be available to ship out once you’ve ordered your items. No more waiting 30 days for a t-shirt or months upon months just to get a plushie that you might have forgotten you ordered.!
This is something made possible through the support of our customers over the year and the amazing creators, brands and artists that give us the room to grow. Our dedication to improve what we can, when we can, is something we aim to stick to moving forward in order to give you, our community, a consistently growing and changing experience! … It also helps that we have a much larger warehouse now to handle a wider catalogue of goods.
With that in mind, We are also excited to softly unveil new small-medium merch offerings in the near future! Trinkets and bobbles that are cost-efficient, but great value! Items that more closely adhere to one of our main tenants of making things that are fun, unusual, and new!
Figure Projects
Reiteration: As mentioned previously, Novel Horizon's has no intentions of canceling projects that we've committed to making. While things may sometimes occur that cause delays or bumps on the road for some projects, rest assured we always make sure to get these delivered to your doorstep!
Developing situations
Project Filian + Project Kamen America
Two projects that we expected to be in fulfilment by now and inside our warehouse, we are currently in talks with our logistics partners trying to pinpoint what exactly has happened to these shipments. At this moment in time, based on the information available to us, we believe these items are currently frozen in customs.
We are discussing the possibility of being able to break off a portion of the shipment for expedited clearance to get delivered to our warehouse, so we can at least get packages rolling out. Right now we’re working on seeing what is feasible and likely first updates will be coming as we get it.
Project Henya/Apricot
These projects are going to be placed on a type of hold for the time being and at this time, we unfortunately can’t expand beyond that.
That being said this will not interrupt the process of these figures being manufactured and delivered to our warehouse. The only stage this will be effecting at this time is when we will send these figures out to all of you who ordered them.
Please have patience on this project as there is a lot of factors that we wont be able to add any additional details on at least for the foreseeable future.
Other Projects
Some minor updates on a few of our projects. Currently with the realtime production happening with these items there has come a genuine chance of delays. Those being the following figures:

While these projects are not guaranteed to launch late, given current projections and developments happening in real time we believe a chance of delay is possible.

In conclusion
We say this often but change has been an interesting experience for us. Going from making books to then making figures and now bringing our experience in product development to the world of small merch has been a whirlwind but we’ve consistently worked to adapt.
Though 2025 is coming to a close soon we’re incredibly happy with the changes we’ve made and plan to make, we want to be able to be a place where people know they can find really cool things, unique things, and novel things.
