It's the November Novel News!
Now a permanent addition to each news:
We would like to once again reiterate to read the FAQ before reaching out to support and the(this) Novel News for the most up-to-date information on projects. We also want to once again remind everyone that the email "Novelhorizonspublishers@gmail.com" is NOT ACTIVE. Please use the contact form on our site to reach support. Otherwise, the inquiry will simply be lost to the void.
WIX BUG
According to wix, the bug has been resolved.
If your package was affected, please reach out to support through the proper channels so we can get things sorted! Also, there have been cases of some customers trying to claim missent packages when in fact, they simply forgot to update their order. Please don't do this.
International Orders
As mentioned in the last news, we will only be servicing the following international countries moving forward:
Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, and Australia
This change DOES NOT affect already existing orders.
Project Zentreya
Replacement parts:
The replacement parts for Zentreya have been made and tested.
They will begin getting shipped out to affected customers this month!
International orders:
We've resolved the main issue with Zentreya shipping, although the following countries are still giving us issues unfortunately: Israel, Italy, Denmark
All other orders are being resolved and/or repackaged for sending to their final destinations.
Project Silvervale
Silvervale international issues mirror Project Zentreya's due to being of the same origin, the lithium-ion battery. Because the Zen side has been solved, this side has also been cleared to restart!
Project Sinder
Project Sinder is a smidge away from completion!
We have only a few hundred packages left before this project can be marked to have reached its natural conclusion! We'd like to thank the Pyro Pups for their patience and we hope everyone enjoys their Summer Swimsuit Sinders!
Project Projekt Melody
Projekt Melody is revving up to begin full fulfilment now that Project Sinder, Zen, and Silvervale issues have been resolved.
We currently predict her fulfilment to be at full strength this December.
At which point we hope to not leak too many unsent goods into the next year.
Due to several things learned from this project, Projekt Melody may be our first and last product made with this level of intricacy and complex parts due to the notably extended production and testing times. She will definitely be the last of our "big box" products as well. (Future figures will be designed to allow smaller boxes)
Project Nanoless + Lucia
Both these projects are making their way out the door as we can.
We are hoping to get all of these out as we transition between Sinder to Projekt Melody.
Otherwise, whatever doesn't get sent will go out as time allows.
Buffpup Corpa-Pup
The mini box for the Corpa pup is ready and approved for production! It's time for BIG CORPA TIME! This item will be going in and out by the end of this month. Since, due to it's small size, is a quick-n-easy project to wrap up!
Seventh Star the Light Novel
The Kickstarter for our original book "Seventh Star" became 100% funded in under 4 hours!
Wow! With 200% being hit in roughly 72hrs! We are happy to see people are still interested in reading our Light Novels and we are currently discussing stretch goals and bonus's for the campaign! If you haven't, be sure to check it out!
