(Permanent) When moving, make sure to inform both us AND your local post office. That way, in the event that our change doesn't process, they will be able to redirect your package to the correct location.

If you see your item is on its way to an old address or information is missing, contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY with your tracking number so that it can be adjusted. Either by informing them that you've moved or what information is missing. Otherwise the item will either be delivered or returned to us.

(8/05/2025) We are considering moving preorders from "NovelHorizons" to Horizon's Merch due to the options available using that system. Turning this site into more of a blog area designed for showcases and project updates.

At this time, new figure pre-orders will be tested on "Horizon's Merch". So be sure to check there for our newest drops!

News/Developments

It's been a while and as stated in the last news, 2025 continues to be a very unique and challenging year. New developments are unraveling almost bi-weekly with changes occurring in everysector both industrial and globally, which really drives home that 2025 is "the year of change".

While situations remain turbulent, we are holding firm to withstand the storms and are doing our best to forge on ahead!

New Warehouse/Future Store

When we originally began, we anticipated a certain volume when we acquired our first warehouse. A humble 2500 Sq/Ft space that served us as best it could, but because of the large interest in our products was quickly filled to the brim with goods.

Now, in 2025, we have moved over to a NEW warehouse. Over THREE times bigger than our original facility, which will now be the new location where orders will come from! Located in a new Texas city, this warehouse will also double as the first Novel Horizon's official store!

This store is actively being designed/prepared and will be the main place to go in order to potentially find any secret/otherwise unavailable goods! As well as various other non-horizon's items to add a little variety.

The move to this new Warehouse took a while and we are currently re-ramping back up to full speed for new orders. Although, during the move, orders were moving out albeit at a smaller pace.

Once the new location is ready, we will reveal where you can find our new store! Or we may do a special in-person pre-opening sale event as digging everything out of the old warehouse has uncovered what some may consider "old gems".

The reparation of "damaged" units has also yielded some potential figures, although they would be without boxes or missing similar minor things. (detailed on purchase)

Changing and maximizing and optimizing.

As stated earlier, the quick growth of Novel Horizon's left us stumbling to keep up as our original processes were not designed for such heavy support. Using the new Warehouse as an opportunity, many of Novel Horizon's internal structures have been and are being further optimized to provide a better experience to both customer and clients alike!

This includes new roles, new faces, and eventually, we are hoping to speed up all our processes once we have more time to put things into their proper places.

Figure Projects

Filian

The Filian Project is READY.

After several trials and turbulations, our team has managed to get this project ready to go to the customers door step! Check out the box below and make sure your addresses are up-to-date as these prepare to fly to your doorsteps soon!

Due to the extended timeline, we will be giving customers an extended timeframe of 3 weeks to change their addresses before we begin the fulfilment of this project. Once this time passes, all orders will be mailed to the address on file so be sure to update your addresses!

Kamen Victory

Kamen Victory is arriving hot as well!

Right on track to meet its estimated release date, fans of the superheroine can rejoice as she will be arriving at your doorsteps very soon!

A minor change to the figure includes the implementation of a one-sided flag, due to some kind folks pointing out that a proper American Flag is a one-sided banner and not traditionally double-sided.

We'd also like to once again clarify the concept for the figure is Kamen victory "having America's back". There has been confusion regarding the orientation previously, so we figured we'd provide additional context.

Projects in distress

Since it continues to be a reoccurring...occurrence. We've decided to make a special classification for projects in-process that are affected by some sort of external event. At this moment in time, projects in this classification include "Project Sinder: 1/7 Demon Sinder Scale Figure", "Project Vshojo: Henya 1/7 Scale Figure", and "Project Vshojo: Froot 1/7 Scale Figure".

While there has been widespread concern regarding these projects, rest assured we are doing everything in our power to make sure these can continue as normal. Due to various legalities, certain projects may end up with slight delays, but as various situations unravel, we will be addressing them at the highest priority so we can keep the path forward as clean as possible.

Novel Horizon's does not cancel projects unless we have no choice but too. This is a very final resort of an option that we try not to have to use. At that time, customers would be refunded for their orders or, if that isn't possible at that time, due to payment processor limitations or something similar, a gift card for the total will be provided for the Horizon's Merch Store.

Newly released projects!

We are excited to announce the release of a new project!

In collaboration with Villainous, we are launching our first cartoon related product! A scale figure of Villainous heroine, Miss Heed!

This is a first for Novel Horizons as we delve into uncharted waters, but we hope everyone is excited for this project and where future opportunities may take us with it!
