(Continuous) Novel Horizon's will be moving all merchandise, including preorders to Horizonsmerch.com. Because of that, "Novelhorizons.com" will slowly be transitioned into a gallery/blog site that will be mainly informational.

(01/05/2025) There is some sort of technical error between our support channels, causing them to not communicate well with each other. We've done various rounds of fixes, but lost support emails continues being an issue.

As such, we are considering doing a full reset of the support channels and condensing the main contact point strictly to a singular Support Email. Phasing out the Wix channels entirely. If we take this path, all customers who still need help would be asked to reach out once more using the re-defined channel. Final decision pending.

News/Developments

Figure Projects in 2026

After deep deliberation,

We have decided to suspend all new figure projects for 2026.

This decision was made with great difficulty, but given the current situations and circumstances around the world, which have affected all businesses regionally and globally including ourselves, we have been forced to put a halt on our figure offerings in all forms for the time being.

This includes Scale Figures, Sitti's, and other similar products. But does not include items such our apparel, plushies, acrylics, or most other small-medium merchandise.

Ongoing Projects

International shipping:

There are certain projects with International shipping that are currently on hold due to the increased complications with non-domestic shipping. This includes packages getting misplaced mid-transit and also the increased tax/tariff charges affecting customers.

We plan on holding these orders until the extra charges clear, but if a customer wishes for us to release their order regardless, they can contact support to do so. In this case, the customer agrees to assume the risks associated.

If the situations do not clear up within the next 30 days though, due to spacing constraints will have to mail out all remaining international orders.

General Update:

There has been a sector wide slowdown on production/manufacturing that has extended timelines beyond what we originally predicted. This is currently affecting all Figure projects and while we are trying to find any avenues to speed things up, the limiting factors are beyond our control currently.

How much of a delay this will cause, we are unsure, but we are monitoring the situations daily. These continued complications are a contributing factor in our decision to cease Figure-projects for 2026.

Project Henya/Apricot

Project unique factors that cropped here are all progressing.

While an official release date isn't set in stone yet, we are hopeful that we will be able to get these out Q1/Q2 at the latest.

Other Projects

-Adjustments to fragile points needed to be made. But have been successfully implemented.

-New internal support structures implemented.

-Mechanical/Electrical testing successful.

-Minor adjustments to packaging implemented for safety

-Project Sitti: Arielle/FroggyLoch/GhostySaige

-On course, transit delays to warehouse.

-Project Sitti: OverEzEggs:

-Due to a production error, the wrong iteration of this Sitti was manufactured. Instead, a later planned release was made. As such, the "default" advertised as this project is currently being placed on expediated production for customers. The alternate Sitti will be placed for order at a later date as necessary.

In conclusion

2025 from start to end was an interesting year wrought with unique challenges and learning experiences. Despite that, we continue to truck along and navigate a continuously changing landscape with enthusiasm! For 2026, we will be increasing our focus and offerings on the medium-small merchandise sides as well as taking on new roles behind-the-scenes in relation to conventions!
