Novel Horizons - Production update 7/27/2021
Hello everyone!
We are going to start doing some annual production updates that go over everything happening here in Novel Horizons. It'll include pictures from time to time, but will mostly be dates and other important things from the development side of things.
Obviously, this will be mostly about our book releases, but from time to time, will also include non-book active production things.
So without further ado, lets go down the list.

Integrity Test: Failed...Reason: Inability to maintain weight over set amount of time. Leading to tilting, bending, deformation of certain weight-heavy areas.
Change 1: Redistribute connection points.3D file modification + Reprint...Failed
Change 2: Incorporate resin-printed additional supports...Failed.
Change 3: Incorporate steel rod supports to high weight areas. 3D file modification...Failed
Change 4: Upgrade Resin leg support to steel rod support to hold weight from bottom...Test results pending.
Paint: In process.
Attempt 1: Failure. Low paint integrity and durability(easy to damage)
Attempt 2: In-progress. Paint type modified. "Sealing" coat set to be applied.
Quality: Not acceptable - Refining.

Integrity Test: Failed...Reason: Front heavy design requires additional support under forward-extended leg. Tail weight leads to breaking.
Change 1: Addition of Resin-based support...Failed. Resin support unable to handle total weight, bends dramatically over time. Only slightly delays warping.
Change 2: Tail peg modified into metal rod with 40% more penetration...Test result pending.
Change 3: Resin-based support upgraded to steel rod under leg...Test result pending.
